The Leadership Empowerment Center (LEC) exists to aid in bringing resolution to our youth's problems by meeting their spiritual, academic, and social needs. We do that through leadership, educational and recreational programming.
We currently serve youth in the North Memphis Frayser community (38127) and serve along side Georgian Hills Middle School, Martin Luther King College Preparatory High School and Trezevant High.
WHO WE ARE
Leadership Empowerment Center exists to provide leadership development and educational support to youth in the 38127 community.
Through innovative programs, meaningful experiences and intentional relationships, we create opportunities for young people to discover their potential, broaden their exposure and develop the skills and confidence to lead—at school, at home, in their communities and wherever life takes them.
