PROGRAMS THAT BUILD WHAT'S NEXT
From leadership and academics to athletics, exposure and unforgettable experiences, LEC creates spaces where young people can discover their potential and prepare for what's ahead.
CHANGE AGENTS
Change Agents is LEC’s flagship leadership development program, designed to equip high school students with the skills, confidence and experiences they need to lead now and in the future. Through leadership training, academic support, college and career preparation, service and real-world exposure, students are challenged to discover their potential, expand their possibilities and become leaders who create meaningful change in their communities and beyond.
E3 COLLEGE & CAREER READINESS
Through partnerships with local high schools, E3 brings college and career readiness directly to students—connecting them with the resources, relationships and real-world exposure needed to confidently plan what comes next. From college exploration and campus visits to career pathways and professional experiences, E3 helps students see the possibilities ahead and equips them to take their next step.
CAMP TOO LIT
There’s a reason we call it Camp Too Lit! Our summer experience keeps kids learning, creating, exploring and having FUN all summer long. With a strong emphasis on reading and STEM, plus hands-on multimedia, arts and enrichment, field trips, special guests and unforgettable experiences, Camp Too Lit turns summer learning into something kids actually look forward to. Around here, summer isn’t just a break—it’s an experience that young people look forward to year after year.
