Our goal at the Leadership Empowerment Center is to develop youth spiritually, academically, and economically.
Our Leadership Program is modeled after the Jesus model. Jesus often spent time with many, but He invested his life in a select few. This model of leadership has begun to change the paradigm of the youth in the Frayser community. These young people are being empowered to serve their community, schools, and homes.

SPORTS
Sports programming of the Leadership Empowerment Center is a combination of fun, competition, and opportunities to build valuable relationships - all while increasing skill levels.
We strive to create a Christlike environment that provides safety, discipline and leadership.
Sports programming is offered for students in grades K – 12, depending on the sport and season.
MIDDLE SCHOOL LEARNING CENTER
Launched in October 2014, the Middle School Learning Center (MSLC) is a comprehensive after school program designed specifically for the students at Georgian Hills Middle School.
Serving nearly 25% of Georgian Hills Middle School student population, the Middle School Learning Center is a NOT your ordinary after school program.
MSLC participants:
Participate in subject-specific quiet times for homework with adult and peer assistance
Go beyond their communities to meet and build relationships with diverse group of professionals
Engage in project based learning in science, technology, engineering and mathematics
Partake in games and activities that provide opportunities to practice and enhance basic skills, such as chess, checkers, puzzles and word games.

MULTI-MEDIA
Did you know, that a 12 year old middle school student can record and produce their own music track? Or that a 15 year old high school student could create their own YouTube channel filled with videos they created using industry leading technology?
Well let us tell you. Yes, they can.
The Multi-Media program of Leadership Empowerment Center is designed with future song writers, producers , photographers and videographers in mind.
Using our in-house production studio, program participants have an opportunity to develop media production skills in music, video, audio, and computer-based multimedia.
Program participants attend weekly sessions taught by industry professionals.

TEEN NYTE (OUTREACH NIGHT)
Mark 12:30 says that “you must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength”, and this is what we seek to inspire our youth to do through our weekly Teen Nyte.
Teen Nyte is the premier EXCITING event of the week. Middle & high school students (Grades 6-12) throughout the Frayser community come to play games, hang out, win challenges and prizes and hear the gospel of Jesus Christ in a real and relevant way.
